How the hire works

We set it up, you run it for two hours, we come back and take it away dirty. Simple as that.

We arrive about an hour before, assemble the fountain, melt the chocolate (or heat the gravy) and make sure everything is flowing properly.

You run it

The fountain is yours for the 2-hour service window. Your event, your timing, your guests dipping whatever they like.

We take it away

We come back straight after, dismantle everything and take it away dirty. You don't touch the cleaning.

How does the "Self-Managed" hire work?
We arrive about 1 hour before to set up and melt the chocolate (or heat the gravy). Once flowing perfectly, we leave you to enjoy it for your 2-hour service window. We return immediately after to dismantle and collect.
How long does the hire last?
Standard package includes 2 hours of flowing service time. This is the optimal duration to keep the chocolate or gravy at perfect quality. Contact us for longer durations.
Do I need to clean the fountain afterwards?
Absolutely not. We collect the machine immediately after service, take it away dirty, and handle all professional deep cleaning at our kitchen in Redruth.
Can we hire both a Chocolate AND a Gravy fountain?
Yes — our popular "Sweet & Savoury" package. Set up on separate tables, creating two distinct food stations. The ultimate late-night combo for weddings.
Do you provide the chocolate and gravy?
Yes. Choose from Belgian Milk, White, or Dark Chocolate, or upgrade to Lotus Biscoff, Pistachio, or Hazelnut Praline. Savoury option: rich beef or vegetarian onion gravy. Vegan and dairy-free options available.
What do you need from the venue?
A sturdy, level table (round 6ft or trestle works best) and a standard 13-amp power socket nearby. Place the table close to a wall socket — we cannot run machines off very long extension leads.
