We Do Breakfast Properly

Most caterers don't want to know about breakfast. It means early starts, tight timings, and food that has to be perfect at 7am when nobody's had coffee yet. At Salt Wind Catering, we've been doing early morning catering for corporate clients, film crews, and event organisers across Cornwall for years. It's one of the things we do best.

Everything is freshly made in our Redruth kitchen and delivered hot or ready to serve. Buffets start at 10 people and individual breakfast bags at just 5, with no maximum. We've done breakfast for 6 and breakfast for 150.

What time can you deliver breakfast catering?
From 7am onwards, timed to your event. For early morning meetings and crew calls we can arrange even earlier delivery.
What is included in a breakfast platter?
Freshly baked pastries, fruit, yoghurt, granola and juice. We also offer hot options, bacon baps and sausage rolls.
How much does breakfast catering cost?
From £4.45pp for Bacon or Sausage Rolls. The Full Cornish Hot Breakfast Buffet is £10.95pp. Continental options from £5.45pp. Breakfast Deli Menu at £12.25pp. Individual breakfast bags from £7.75pp.
Do you provide breakfast for film and TV crews?
Yes. We regularly cater dawn shoots from 6am, full hot breakfasts served from insulated trays. We also provide lunch and afternoon tea for full shoot days.
Can you provide breakfast and lunch for an all-day event?
Yes. Many clients book breakfast and lunch together for training days and conferences. One caterer, less hassle.
Do you cater for dietary requirements at breakfast?
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options available. Dedicated items clearly labelled for each guest.
Do you charge for travel or delivery?
There is no travel charge anywhere in Cornwall on food we cook on site, no spend threshold to qualify, standard pricing everywhere. Delivered buffets are free as far as Newquay and St Austell; past that there is a set delivery charge from £20 to £50 depending on distance, and delivery is free anywhere on orders over £500. Devon is quoted separately: travel is included on orders over £1,500 (£500 for Plymouth and Tavistock), and below that it is £1 per mile round-trip from our Redruth kitchen, always confirmed in writing before you commit.
