Mobile Buffet Cart Hire & Grazing Stations Cornwall

The hygienic, sophisticated alternative to flat grazing tables. Stainless steel chilled wells, fresh Cornish produce, and zero mess.

Luxury mobile charcuterie and seafood grazing cart hire for weddings in Cornwall

Why Our Carts Beat a "Grazing Table"

Forget the 'flat lay'. Traditional grazing tables look great for twenty minutes, until the cheese sweats and the grapes roll onto the floor.

We do things differently. Our bespoke white grazing carts are designed for professional catering. Built with stainless steel sunken wells filled with crushed ice, we keep seafood crisp, charcuterie cool, and desserts perfect for the entire event.

It isn’t just a buffet; it’s a focal point. No mess, no warm food, just a stunning centrepiece that gets your guests talking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about hiring our Mobile Buffet Carts.

Logistics & Setup

Q: How does the cart stay cold? Do I need electricity? A: No electricity needed! Our carts feature professional stainless steel wells insulated and filled with crushed ice. This keeps seafood crisp, charcuterie cool, and drinks chilled for up to 6 hours. This means we can set up literally anywhere—fields, marquees, or barns—without worrying about power cables or generators.

Q: How much space do you need? A: The cart footprint is approximately 1.5m x 0.8m. We require a flat surface and access wide enough for a standard wheelchair or double pushchair. The cart is on wheels, so we can roll it into position easily, but we cannot lift it up flights of stairs.

Q: Can you set up outside? A: Yes! As long as the ground is relatively flat (grass is fine if it’s dry). If rain is forecast, we will need shelter—either under a marquee, a heavy-duty gazebo, or inside your venue. We cannot serve food in direct rain.

Q: Do you travel outside of Cornwall? A: We primarily cover Cornwall and parts of Devon. Delivery is calculated from our HQ in Redruth. For events further afield, please contact us for a bespoke travel quote.

Food & Service

Q: Is it messy? (Compared to a grazing table) A: Not at all. This is the main reason clients choose us over "flat lay" grazing tables. Because the food is contained within the chilled wells and on raised platters, it stays neat, hygienic, and fresh. No cheese sweating on a wooden board in the sun, and no food rolling onto the floor.

Q: Do you provide plates and cutlery? A: Yes. All our "Full Package" food options include eco-friendly bamboo plates, wooden forks, and high-quality napkins. We take all the rubbish away with us, leaving zero mess for you.

Q: Can you cater for dietary requirements? A: Absolutely. We can adapt most menus for Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan guests. For severe allergies (like nuts), please let us know in advance. While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles common allergens.

Q: What happens to the leftover food? A: It’s yours to keep! We can box up any remaining fresh items for you to enjoy later that evening or the next day. We hate food waste.

Booking & Hire Options

Q: What is "Dry Hire" vs. "Full Package"? A:

  • Full Package: The zero-stress option. We bring the cart, the food, the styling, and the staff to serve or replenish. You just turn up and eat.

  • Dry Hire: You rent just the white cart unit (empty). This is perfect if you already have a caterer, cake maker, or florist but need a stunning display unit.

Q: Can you brand the cart for corporate events? A: Yes. The front panel of the cart is a chalkboard which we can hand-letter with your company name or menu. For larger corporate activations, we can apply custom vinyl branding to the front panel (additional fee applies).

Q: How do I book? A: Simply fill out the enquiry form below with your date and guest numbers. We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 4 weeks before the event.
