A grazing table is the moment your event opens up

Guests gather, plates are passed, conversations start over a wedge of Cornish Yarg or a fig wrapped in prosciutto. A grazing table does what plated catering can't — it's social, generous and visually stunning before the first knife goes in.

Ours are built fresh on the day at your venue. Long boards or linen-dressed trestles, dressed end-to-end with Cornish charcuterie, artisan cheese, seasonal fruit, breads, dips and edible flowers. We arrive early, build it properly, and leave it looking like a centrepiece.

Eight categories of food, dressed end-to-end across the table. Final selection rotates with the season and your event style.

Cornish & British charcuterie

Cured meats, salamis and air-dried hams sliced and folded across the table.

Artisan cheeses

A selection of Cornish and British cheeses — Cornish Yarg, Cornish Brie, mature cheddar and a soft blue.

Seasonal fruit

Whole figs, grapes, berries and stone fruit, plus dried apricots and dates.

Breads & crackers

Sourdough, focaccia, charcoal crackers, oatcakes and grissini.

Dips & spreads

Hummus, baba ganoush, whipped feta, chutneys and Cornish honey.

Olives, pickles & antipasti

Marinated olives, sun-blush tomatoes, artichokes and cornichons.

Crudités & pickled vegetables

Styled to look as good as it tastes

We dress the table on linen with wooden serving boards, slate, terracotta bowls and copper accents. Foliage and edible flowers are woven through the spread — not stuck on as garnish, but folded into the way the food sits.

For weddings and corporate launches, we can match the styling to your colour palette. For festive events, we go heavier on Cornish brie, fig, walnut and warm spiced fruits. Tell us the look you're going for and we'll build to it.

The most common questions about grazing tables.

We build grazing tables for anywhere from 20 to 500 guests. Smaller numbers work as a centrepiece grazing board; larger numbers run as a full grazing station along a long table. Tell us your guest count and venue and we'll scale it accordingly.
Yes — for drinks receptions, evening receptions and informal weddings, a generous grazing table is plenty. For a full sit-down meal we usually combine grazing with a hot main, such as a hog roast, charcoal BBQ or buffet.
Typically 60–90 minutes on-site, depending on the size of the table. We arrive ahead of your guests, dress the table on linen with boards, foliage and edible flowers, and stay long enough to make sure it looks right.
Always. We build dedicated vegetarian and vegan sections into every grazing table, and we can do fully gluten-free spreads on request. Tell us about your guests' dietaries when you book and we'll plan around them.
For weddings and large events, 2–6 months ahead is ideal — particularly for peak summer dates. For smaller corporate or private parties, 4–6 weeks is usually fine. Call 01209 206255 to check availability.
