Yes — each package has a minimum to keep quality consistent and pricing honest. Office Lunch Buffet: 10 guests. Garden Party Grazing: 20. BBQ Classic: 30. Hog Roast Feast: 40. Canapé Evening: 30. Cornish Celebration Buffet: 25. Corporate Away Day: 20. Signature Wedding Feast: 60. If your numbers are lower, call us — we can often suggest an alternative that works.
A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event. We accept bank transfer and card payment. All prices include VAT.
Yes. All packages can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests. Just let us know at enquiry stage. For severe allergies or complex requirements, we will confirm what is safe and suitable during the quote process.
Every package includes the cook team (where on-site cooking is involved), all equipment, disposable serveware (plates, cutlery, napkins), and delivery to your venue in Cornwall or Devon. There are no hidden fees for fuel or travel within our standard area — a supplement may apply for larger Devon events.
