What Affects the Price
Guest Count
Per-person pricing means your total scales with your guest list. Larger events often work out to a lower per-head cost when combined with on-site services.
Menu Tier
Each service has essential, mid-range and premium menus. A quick-fire burger BBQ costs less than a surf and turf feast — you choose the level that suits your event.
Delivered vs On-Site
Delivered buffets are our most affordable option. On-site cooking (BBQ, hog roast, giant pan) includes staff, equipment, setup and cleanup — reflected in the price.
Dietary Requirements
Standard vegetarian and vegan options are included in every menu at no extra cost. Specialist dietary menus (fully allergen-free) may carry a small supplement.
Equipment & Staffing
All on-site services include our own gazebos, grills, power supply and serving equipment. Staffed table service is available as an upgrade on delivered buffets.
Location & Timing
We cover all of Cornwall and Devon. Standard delivery is included. Very remote locations or early morning starts may carry a small delivery supplement.
