What goes into the price
Guest numbers matter most. Since we price per person, your total depends on your list. Live events like BBQs and hog roasts cost more per head than delivered buffets because we're bringing the staff, kit, and cleaning up afterwards.
Your menu choice changes things too. A simple burger BBQ is cheaper than a full surf and turf spread. Most people go for something in the middle, which is usually where we suggest starting.
Dietary options are included in the price, veggie, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free choices come as standard, with no dietary surcharge. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten and sesame daily. For severe nut, peanut, coeliac or sesame allergies we cannot guarantee a completely trace-free environment, so please tell us at enquiry stage. We will advise honestly, and we ask that the guest keeps any prescribed medication on hand.
Location and timing: we cover Cornwall and Plymouth. No travel charge anywhere in Cornwall on food we cook on site, and no minimum spend. Delivered buffets are free as far as Newquay and St Austell; past that there is a set delivery charge from £20 to £50 depending on distance, and delivery is free across Cornwall and the Plymouth area on orders over £500. Cornwall free; free travel over £500 to Plymouth & Tavistock. If you need us there before 8am we might add a small supplement, but we'll always tell you this upfront.
