What goes into the price
Guest numbers matter most. Since we price per person, your total depends on your list. Live events like BBQs and hog roasts cost more per head than delivered buffets because we're bringing the staff, kit, and cleaning up afterwards.
Your menu choice changes things too. A simple burger BBQ is cheaper than a full surf and turf spread. Most people go for something in the middle, which is usually where we suggest starting.
Dietary options are included in the price — veggie and vegan choices come as standard. If you need a completely allergen-free setup, there might be a small extra charge on some menus.
Location and timing: we cover Cornwall and Devon, with delivery included. If you're in a very remote spot or need us there before 8am, we might add a small supplement — but we'll always tell you this upfront.
