Salt Wind Catering delivers working lunches across Cornwall — single drop, on time, properly made. We are not cooking on-site. We are not staffing the room. One delivery, food on the table, get on with the meeting.
Office of four in Redruth, training day for 30 in Truro, lunch & learn for 12 in Falmouth — same setup. Order by 3pm for next-day delivery, often same-day if we have the kit free. Cornwall standard, Devon with a mileage supplement.

Lunch & learn sessions
Individual boxes work cleanest — delegates pick up, sit down and the speaker carries on.
Training days
Shared platters or boxed lunches for groups of 10 to 60. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free covered.
Team meetings
A boardroom-quality buffet for 6 to 20 — proper food, not packet sandwiches from the petrol station.
Client visits
Something better than a sandwich tray when a customer walks in — without the price of a hotel restaurant.

Individual Boxes
One box per delegate
Sandwich or wrap, snack, fruit, water. Self-contained, labelled with dietary requirements. Best for distanced rooms, time-pressed agendas, hot-desk offices and outdoor sessions.
Shared Platters
Buffet on the table
Sandwich and wrap platters, savoury bites, salad bowls, fruit. Cutlery and napkins included. Best for team meetings, client visits and sessions where lunch is part of the conversation.
