Salt Wind Catering runs full-day conference catering across Cornwall. Three service points — AM break, lunch, PM break — with a hot drinks station running through the day. We deliver, set up, replenish and clear down so the chair runs the agenda, not the catering.
A conference day is not a working lunch. A working lunch is one drop. A delegate day is three coordinated services with timing pinned to your agenda. Different operation, different price point, different page — we built a separate offer for each.

A standard delegate day
Times flex to your agenda. This is the shape most clients book.
Arrival breakfast (optional)
Pastries, fruit, yoghurt pots and a hot drinks station ready for early delegates.
AM break
Refreshed pastries, fresh fruit, biscuits, hot drinks station replenish.
Hot or cold lunch
Plated buffet — two mains plus sides, vegetarian and vegan covered. Individual boxes available for distanced rooms.
PM break
Cake platters or savoury bites, fresh fruit, hot drinks refreshed.

Gas, generators, our own water. We work from village halls, training rooms, marquees and dry-hire venues with no servery.
