Cornish pork, slow-roasted over real charcoal until the skin blisters and cracks. Not gas. Not a catering van oven. A live fire, right there at your venue — and your guests get the full theatre of it.

We bring everything: the rig, the charcoal, the gazebo, the carving station. Setup to pack-down is all ours. All we need from you is a 3m × 3m flat outdoor space.

Cornish pork, beef brisket, lamb spit roast, turkey on request. From a simple roll service to a full two-course banquet with gourmet sides and dessert. Delivered ready to serve, or cooked live at your event — your call.

All live-fire cooking is weather-dependent — we work with you on a backup plan. We'll cover all contingency options at the quote stage.

We arrive early to set up and start slow-cooking so the hog is ready for your serving time. We bring everything — oven, charcoal, gazebo, serving kit. All we need from you is a flat outdoor space of roughly 3m x 3m. Setup, cooking, carving and pack-down are all ours.

Yes. The Cornish Lamb Spit Roast (from £11.50pp delivered) uses locally sourced lamb, slow-roasted with mint sauce and rosemary & garlic gravy, served with beef brisket, rolls and sides.
Yes. Every package includes a vegetarian option — spicy bean burgers or veggie burgers with the same sides. For larger veggie groups, we can add dedicated veggie platters or run our Garden Grill BBQ alongside the hog roast.
Yes. The Signature Cornish Hog Roast Feast (from £14.50pp) is a popular wedding choice. The Late Night Smokehouse add-on (£8.50pp) — pulled pork buns, loaded dirty fries, bacon rolls — is the most-requested evening food at wedding receptions.
Based in Redruth, we cover all of Cornwall and travel into Devon for larger events. A small travel supplement may apply for Devon. We are regulars at estate venues, marquee weddings and farm events from Bodmin to Bude, and across to Plymouth and Tavistock. The rig is fully self-contained — no mains power needed.

The Cornish Lamb Spit Roast is a great alternative. We also do vegetarian and vegan sides, salads and accompaniments. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free — our team handles it with clearly labelled food. Tell us your requirements when you book.
Most events go ahead rain or shine — we bring gazebos as standard. If weather is extreme, we will work with you on a solution. We cover all contingency options at the quote stage.
