Every cut of meat comes from RJ Trevarthen in Penryn — properly sourced, properly butchered. We cook over open flame because flavour demands it, and because your guests deserve the real thing.

Delivered parcels from £7.50pp, or our pitmaster team cooks live at your venue from £9.00pp. No venue kitchen or power needed — completely self-sufficient.

Delivered BBQ starts from £7.50 per head. On-site cooking starts from £9.00pp. Mid-range menus from £18.50, premium and wedding packages from £29.00, up to £38.50 for the Ultimate Cornish Land & Sea Feast. Kids BBQ is £6.50 per head. Everything includes our cook team, equipment, and disposable plates and cutlery.
Minimum 50 guests for on-site cooking. Minimum 20 for delivered BBQ. Smaller group? Our delivered buffets work well.
Yes. Lumpwood charcoal and Cornish oak, every time. Never gas, never griddles. There is a reason it smells and tastes different — you cannot fake a real fire.
No. We bring everything — grills, gazebos, water, serving kit, waste management. Fields, marquees, beaches, farms — anywhere flat and outdoors.
Yes. Every BBQ menu has at least one vegetarian option. We also do a dedicated veggie and vegan BBQ — The Garden Grill, from £16.50pp — cooked on a separate grill. If anyone has a severe allergy or coeliac disease, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm what is safe. Gluten-free options available on request.
Yes. Our Signature Wedding BBQ Banquet (from £35.00pp) and Ultimate Cornish Land & Sea Feast (from £38.50pp) are popular for weddings. We also do evening add-ons — The Late Night Smokehouse at £8.50pp is a favourite for wedding evening receptions.
Based in Redruth, we cover all of Cornwall and travel into Devon for larger events. A small travel supplement may apply for Devon. We get a lot of bookings for beach BBQs in Newquay, St Ives and Padstow, and garden events in Truro, Falmouth and beyond. Coastal and rural venues are no problem — we are fully self-contained.
Weddings and large events: 2–3 months ahead is sensible. Corporate events and parties: 1–2 weeks is usually fine. Same-week bookings are possible when we have availability — just call 01209 206255.
All of Cornwall and into Devon. We cook on-site at your venue — beach, field, farm, garden, marquee, clifftop. Fully self-contained: charcoal, all cooking kit, waste management. No venue kitchen or power needed.

Yes. Vegan burgers, halloumi skewers and plant-based options sit alongside our standard menus. We handle gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and other requirements. Allergen-sensitive food is cooked separately. Just let us know when you book.
