Our cook team brings the spit rig, gazebo, serving station and its own gas, cooks on site, and carves to order while guests help themselves from the station. Prices start from £9.15pp including VAT, and cover the food, the equipment and the setup. The cook team is included in that price, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options carry no surcharge. We travel to Tintagel from our Redruth kitchen, about 50 minutes away, and cover it regularly. On site we need a level space of roughly three by six metres and vehicle access — nothing else, no kitchen and no power. Serving usually runs to around ninety minutes, and we agree the timings with you well before the day itself.
