Salt Wind Catering delivers hot Cornish pasties in bulk across Cornwall and Plymouth, hand-crimped, baked fresh, and brought to you hot and ready to hand out. Four sizes from £2.95 each, minimum 20. Ideal for offices, exhibitor stands, site and production crews, and any event that wants a warm, genuinely Cornish crowd-pleaser.

The traditional is the real thing, seasoned beef, potato, onion and swede in flaky shortcrust, and there is a cheese and onion for vegetarians and a vegetable pasty that is vegan. Mix sizes across one order, and mix fillings too, though cheese and onion and vegetable are made in cocktail and standard only. We scale from 20 up to several hundred for shows and large crews. Based in Redruth, we time delivery to your serving window so they arrive hot.

What sizes of Cornish pasty do you deliver, and how much are they?

Four sizes, priced per pasty: cocktail 160g £2.95, standard 300g £4.45, medium 350g £4.95 and large 450g £5.95. Those are unbaked weights. Minimum order is 20 pasties. All are hand-crimped in flaky shortcrust. Three fillings: traditional steak with beef, potato, onion and swede; cheese and onion, which is vegetarian; and vegetable, which is vegan. Cheese and onion and vegetable are made in cocktail and standard only. We don't make a gluten-free pasty.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 20 pasties minimum, in any mix of sizes. There is no upper limit; we regularly deliver several hundred for shows and large crews.

Are the pasties delivered hot?

Yes, baked fresh and delivered hot, wrapped and ready to hand out. We time delivery to your serving window. For very large orders or early starts we agree the schedule with you up front.

Do you have vegetarian or other options?

Yes. The cheese and onion is vegetarian and the vegetable pasty is vegan, both in cocktail or standard size. We don't make a gluten-free pasty. Tell us the split when you order. Where do you deliver?

Hot pasty delivery covers the TR and PL postcode areas, the whole of Cornwall plus Plymouth and Tavistock, from our Redruth base, with no travel charge and no minimum spend anywhere in Cornwall. Beyond those postcodes, hot pasties don't travel well enough to serve at their best, so we'd rather say so than deliver them cold.
