Cornwall has some brilliant wedding venues, clifftop meadows, coastal barns, beach coves, private outdoor spaces. Most of them have no commercial kitchen. That is exactly where we operate best.
Our live-cook services need nothing from your venue. We show up with our own equipment, fuel and serving setup, cook on site, feed your guests, and pack down when we are done. Your venue supplies nothing. We bring our own power, water and waste containment.
Same prices for beach venues as for any other event. Same menus. No wedding surcharge. Our meat comes from RJ Trevarthen in Penryn, 12 miles from our kitchen. Same supplier since we started.
We do not do silver service or waiting staff. We cook good food at your outdoor venue and leave the setting to do the rest.

Can you cater at beach venues with no kitchen facilities?
Yes. We are fully self-contained. Hog roasts, BBQs and giant pan all need no venue kitchen, no power and no water. Everything comes in one vehicle.
What catering works best for a beach or outdoor wedding?
Hog roast and charcoal BBQ. Both are cooked live at your venue, guests can see and smell the food cooking, which is half the point. Cold buffets also work well outdoors and need nothing from your venue.
What happens if it rains?
We bring gazebos. We cook outdoors in all weather. If your venue has indoor space we can set up there instead. Buffets are delivered ready to serve, so rain makes no difference at all.
Do you charge more for beach or coastal venue weddings?
No. Same prices everywhere across Cornwall and Devon, a clifftop or beachside venue is priced exactly like any other. The quote you agree is the quote you pay.
Do you provide waiting staff for outdoor weddings?
No. Cook team on-site for live cooking, and guests help themselves. No silver service, no waiting staff, no front-of-house. Cutting service staff is how we keep the per-head price at £9.00 and not £24.
How far ahead should I book for a beach wedding?
Four to eight weeks is fine for most weddings. July and August beach dates go fast, the sooner you book, the better. A 30% deposit holds your date.
What coastal and beach wedding venues do you cover?
All of Cornwall and Devon from Redruth. We regularly cook at Polzeath, Carbis Bay, Porthcurno, Watergate Bay, Fistral and plenty of private clifftop and outdoor spaces. Drop us a message and we will confirm.
