Data Request

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Use this form to submit a request. We will respond within 30 days.

We'll use this to identify your records and to send your response.

Identity verification: To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may ask for additional information by email. We will never ask for financial or password information.

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and provide a full response within 30 days. For complex requests, we may extend this by a further two months and will notify you if so.

If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
