On a normal day we're set up at the unit base and cast and crew eat directly from us, self service from the counter. Hot boxes go out to set on a unit-move day.

Yes. Salt Wind Catering brings the full mobile kitchen and cook team across all of Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Gloucester, the Forest of Dean, Sudeley, Berkeley, Tetbury and the Severn Vale. We travel from our Cornwall base with the full self-contained kitchen.
Yes. The kitchen is fully self-contained, gas, charcoal, power, water and waste. Deep-woodland bases with no power are exactly what it is built for.
We travel from Cornwall to your unit base. Gloucestershire bookings carry a travel element and, for multi-day shoots, crew accommodation, both calculated up front and confirmed in writing in your quote.
Hog roast, BBQ, giant-pan dishes and street food, served at the unit base, plus full unit-base hot meals, call-time breakfasts, standby snacks and an all-day craft table.
Send the dietary breakdown with your crew numbers and it is costed into the quote. There is no dietary surcharge. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergen-aware portions are cooked as part of the main service rather than as an afterthought, and they are labelled at the counter so the crew can serve themselves without asking. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten and sesame daily. For severe nut, peanut, coeliac or sesame allergies we cannot guarantee a completely trace-free environment, so please tell us at enquiry stage. We will advise honestly, and we ask that the guest keeps any prescribed medication on hand.
