Our cook team brings the spit rig, gazebo, serving station and its own gas, cooks on site, and carves to order while guests help themselves from the station. On site we need a level space of roughly three by six metres and vehicle access — nothing else, no kitchen and no power. Serving usually runs to around ninety minutes, and we agree the timings with you well before the day itself.
