The Medium box serves 3–4: 2 pollack fillets (about 400g), 1 whole gurnard (about 600g), 1 whole plaice (about 400g) and about 5 whole sardines (about 300g).
Fish landed by day boats on the Cornish coast, packed chilled, some whole and some filleted. The list is the plan for the box and changes with what has actually been landed that week, and we list what is in your box before it goes out.What is in the box

Storage
Refrigerate immediately on arrival and eat within two days, or freeze on the day of delivery. Delivered cold.

Delivered chilled. Packed to order and delivered by us across Cornwall and Plymouth. Order by 4pm the day before, for Monday to Friday, short notice, give us a call.
