Fish landed by day boats on the Cornish coast, packed chilled, some whole and some filleted. The list is the plan for the box and changes with what has actually been landed that week, and we list what is in your box before it goes out. The fish box runs from a Mini for one to a Large for five or six, with serving notes for each fish.

About our fish boxes

The seafood box is the top of the range: shellfish, premium cuts and whatever the day boats have landed that is worth paying for, up to a whole Cornish lobster, hand-picked crab, scallops and king prawns.

The smoked fish box is cold and hot smoked fish from a St Ives smokehouse: salmon, mackerel, haddock and kippers. It keeps longer than the fresh box. The fish BBQ box is fish and shellfish chosen because they hold together over coals, prepped and skewered where they need to be, with the marinades and the timings.

Every box is packed chilled and delivered across Cornwall.
