The Large box serves 8–10: Cold smoked salmon side, about 1kg, smoked in Cornwall, Cornish hot smoked mackerel 900g and 2 kippers.
Cold smoked salmon and hot smoked mackerel from a Cornish smokehouse, with kippers, packed chilled. The salmon and mackerel are ready to eat; the kippers want a few minutes in the pan or under the grill. Keeps longer than the fresh box, which is why it travels and gifts well.What is in the box
