A 40 people buffet for a wedding and everybody loved it. The quality is so high, and Mark is amazing and really values his customers. Done an extra vegan portion as well without charging extra. Would use them again every time.”

“Thoroughly recommended Salt Wind Catering they supplied the Global Flavours buffet for my 'divorce celebration/ retirement farewell get together. It was superb. Very generous amounts of everything. All very fresh and beautifully presented. I had a couple who needed guten free and a couple who were vegan/vegetarian both were boxed separately and clearly labeled. I wont hesitate to use them again. I can also vouch for their hog roast it was also very delicious and beautifully cooked.”

“Saltwind came up to sunny Devon for Jo’s 60th party. Everyone absolutely loved the Hog Roast. We had a party of 55 and we were still finishing off the food at 3am. The food arrived on time, beautifully presented, fresh, and plentiful, with a lovely variety of food which is perfect for young children--pleasing even the pickiest eaters. The menu was customised for us, down to the sandwich ratios. I tend to be a "stress head" so using Salt Wind instead of attempting to do all the food myself, greatly reduced my stress and it was better than what I could have prepared anyhow (among other things, there'd be no way I could manage the hot options). Overall it was great value and I highly recommend.”
