How do you contract for multi-week utility projects?

Daily, weekly, or full project duration — whichever fits your procurement model. We can run a fixed daily rate against a confirmed crew size, with documented uplift terms for crew increases. All terms are confirmed in writing up front.

Can you cater early call times for road and infrastructure works?

Yes. 5am and 6am hot breakfast services are routine on highways and utility jobs. We arrive on site 60 to 90 minutes before service to set up the kitchen and have hot food ready for the foreman.

Do you need site facilities or can you operate fully off-grid?

Salt Wind Catering operates entirely off-grid. We bring our own gas, generators, water and waste management. We can set up in a roadside compound, a remote farm gateway, a council depot, or a temporary works site with no connections.

Are you set up for procurement-led contractor approval?

Yes. NCASS membership, 5-star food hygiene rating, £10 million public liability and employer liability cover, RAMS available, allergen procedure documented. Documentation packs are sent direct to your approved supplier process on request.
