Salt Wind Catering runs a fully self-contained mobile kitchen out of Redruth, Cornwall. Gas, charcoal, generators, water, refrigeration and waste, all on the unit. We regularly set up on the kind of ground Cornwall is filmed on, clifftops, moorland, beaches and tight farm tracks, and confirm access and pitch space at recce so the unit gets where it needs to be.
We work shoots that range from two-person drone crews on a clifftop to 200-strong agricultural show days. Commercial brand shoots, remote-venue weddings, festival back-of-house, charity walks, off-grid farm events, the unit and the team scale to fit.
