“We used Salt Wind Catering for a party of 50. We chose to have the hog roast and vegetarian paella plus salads. For dessert we had the chocolate brownies with strawberries and cream. The communication before the event was excellent and on the day the service was perfect. All the food was delicious. Our guests were very impressed and commented on how much they enjoyed their meals. “Thoroughly recommended Salt Wind Catering they supplied the Global Flavours buffet for my 'divorce celebration/ retirement farewell get together. It was superb. Very generous amounts of everything. All very fresh and beautifully presented. I had a couple who needed guten free and a couple who were vegan/vegetarian both were boxed separately and clearly labeled. I wont hesitate to use them again. I can also vouch for their hog roast it was also very delicious and beautifully cooked.”

The food arrived on time, beautifully presented, fresh, and plentiful, with a lovely variety of food which is perfect for young children--pleasing even the pickiest eaters. The menu was customised for us, down to the sandwich ratios. I tend to be a "stress head" so using Salt Wind instead of attempting to do all the food myself, greatly reduced my stress and it was better than what I could have prepared anyhow (among other things, there'd be no way I could manage the hot options). Overall it was great value and I highly recommend.”
