The fruit box is chosen on ripeness, not a fixed list: Cornish and West Country fruit in season, and good imported fruit when it is not. The salad box has the leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and the roots and crunch for a week of salads.
The vegan box is built as its own box rather than a standard box with the meat taken out: Cornish vegetables, vegan Cornish pasties, plant-based Cornish cheese and the store cupboard things that make them into meals. From October, the Christmas veg box has every vegetable for Christmas dinner in it.
Every box comes in sizes from one person up to five or six, delivered chilled across Cornwall.

Mini for one, Small for one or two, Medium for three or four and Large for five or six.
Refrigerate on arrival. Root vegetables keep best somewhere cool and dark.
Free delivery: Cornwall (TR mainland) and Mid-Cornwall. Further out: £5.95–£9.95, free over the zone's threshold. Your exact delivery charge is worked out from your postcode at checkout.
Fruit and veg boxes: order by 4pm and your box comes the next day, Monday to Saturday. Other boxes: 2 working days is the minimum the order form takes. If you need it sooner, call 01209 206255 and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
Pay by card when you order, and your receipt comes by email. Or send your basket as an order request: we confirm your date the same day and send an invoice.
