Crisp leafy greens, raw vegetables, seeds and fresh herbs with a house dressing. Vegan as it comes. Adding chicken, tuna or steak changes that. May contain mustard and sulphites. The wasabi tuna option contains fish; the teriyaki mushroom option contains soya.
