7 days to pay for trade

Approved trade accounts (restaurants, pubs, cafés, B&Bs, glamping, campsites and holiday-let managers) are invoiced per order, due 7 days from the invoice date, no purchase upfront, no card surcharges. Corporate, charity and public-sector accounts are invoiced per order, due on receipt. Fresh fish is paid by card and is not on account.

Volume discounts

Tiered pricing kicks in by spend band. Bronze, silver, gold and platinum tiers unlock 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% off list pricing. Fresh fish is priced each morning on the fish page, paid by card, and sits outside the tiers.

Dedicated account manager

A single named contact for menu planning, scheduling and on-the-day logistics, not a rota of inboxes.

Bespoke menus built around your venue, dietary mix, budget and service style.

Purchase orders & paperwork

We accept purchase orders and provide insurance and food-safety paperwork on request.

How you pay
