Many of our corporate clients do exactly this for training days and conferences — breakfast baps on arrival, then sandwich platters or hot buffet platters for lunch. For film productions, we typically provide breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea across a full shoot day. It's simpler to have one caterer manage the whole day than juggle three different suppliers.
