The Beef box serves 6–8: 2 Sirloin steaks (8oz), 1 Beef topside joint (1.5kg), Beef mince (500g), Beef stir-fry strips (400g) and 2 more.
A pork box of mince, tenderloin, a shoulder joint, bacon and sausages; a beef box of steaks, a topside joint, mince and stewing beef; or a lamb box of rack, leg, shanks, rump and shoulder. Pre-packed and labelled, and it freezes well on the day it arrives.What is in the box

Storage
