The Duck box serves 4–6: 2 duck breasts (200-250g each), 2 duck legs (165g each) and 2 duck leg confit.
A pork box of mince, tenderloin, a shoulder joint, bacon and sausages; a beef box of steaks, a topside joint, mince and stewing beef; or a lamb box of rack, leg, shanks, rump and shoulder. Pre-packed and labelled, and it freezes well on the day it arrives.What is in the box

Storage
Refrigerate on arrival. Freeze on the day of delivery if you are not using it within three days. Delivered cold.
