How it works
We choose two different fish from the boats' catch each morning and fillet them for you. The price is fixed; the fish change with the catch.

Storage and freezing
Keep in the coldest part of the fridge (0-5C) and cook within 1-2 days. Freezes well on the day it arrives, wrapped tightly; thaw overnight in the fridge.

Delivered chilled. Prepared the way you chose and brought to your door in our own chilled van, never by courier, across Cornwall and Plymouth, Monday to Friday. Order by 4pm the day before.
