Two-day location shoot high in the Welsh mountains for a confidential client, catering cast and crew at two remote locations in Carmarthenshire and Bannau Brycheiniog. No venue, no mains power, no water and no hookup at either location — Salt Wind Catering travelled from Cornwall fully self-contained and hit the call sheet to the minute, with a 07:00 catering pre-call ahead of the 08:00 unit call on both days. Hot breakfast, hot lunch cooked live on location, and tea and filtered coffee running all day.
